We read every message. We usually reply within 3 to 5 business days. Some messages may take longer, for example during holidays.

What you can write to us about

• A bug: an emoji that does not copy, a tool that does not work, or a page that displays badly. Please tell us which page you were on, your device and your browser. This helps us reproduce the problem.
• A suggestion: an emoji, a category, a text style or a new tool you would like to see on the site.
• A correction: a wrong or unclear emoji meaning, a typo, or an emoji placed in the wrong category.
• A general question about how the site works.
